Five tracks of hardcore punk from this sporadic and long-running Richmond band, drawing on USHC classics like Out Cold, Poison Idea and Direct Control. This is the first release since their 2019 demo, and a step up from an already loud, fast and damaged sound. The final track is dirge that’s more noise rock than hardcore. Lyrical themes are pretty dark, influenced by reading too many David Goodis and Jim Thompson novels. Recorded and mixed at The Virginia Moonwalker. Mastered by Will Killingsworth at Dead Air Studios.
