Standard 30-Day Return Policy (Global)
Feel It Records has a 30-day return policy for new items that are unopened (or proven to be defective upon opening). You have 30 days to request a return after having received your item(s). To initiate a standard return, please contact us at feelitrecords@gmail.com.

How to Exercise This Right: You can quickly notify us by using the electronic Right of Withdrawal Form located in the footer of our website (visible to eligible regions), or by emailing us directly at

Audio Recording Exceptions (Vinyl, CDs, Cassettes): In accordance with EU/UK consumer protection laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio recordings if they have been unsealed or unwrapped after delivery. To qualify for a withdrawal refund, these items must be completely unopened and in their original factory packaging. (Items proven to be defective upon opening remain fully eligible for return under our standard 30-day policy).

Refunds & Return Shipping: If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the payments received from you for the items purchased, including standard delivery costs. You will be responsible for covering the direct cost of shipping the physical items back to our shop. Refunds will be issued once the items arrive and are verified in their original, sealed condition.
In-Store Policies:
There is a $5 minimum to use a credit card for in-store purchases.Customers who pay cash for in-store purchases will receive a 5% discount off of their total order.
Used-Item Sales:
For the sale of used items, all sales are final.Online Sales:
