Hi everyone, I will keep this update brief, as there are far more important messages that deserve to be heard at this time in history. It's my hope that Days of a Quiet Sun is a reflection of everything that Feel It stands for both in terms of quality product and the range of style and artistic diversity that we strive to promote as a label.
Days of a Quiet Sun named Album of the Day at Bandcamp!
Earlier this week, Bandcamp honored Days of a Quiet Sun as Album of the Day, featuring a story by Erin O'Hare. The story includes a chat with Martin Gary, the ambitious Richmond native who produced and released some of Virginia's best garage, psych, and soul cuts of the late 60's, as a kid fresh out of high school, no less.
The album is officially out today on LP and CD! You can stream/download the full release on Bandcamp

or find it locally in Richmond at Records and Relics (the shop I occasionally work at! We even have some color vinyl copies available), Deep Groove, Vinyl Conflict, and Plan 9.
Drunken Sailor will soon have copies in the UK. Lulu's and Xerox Music will soon have copies in Australia.
Less than 20 copies on limited "Sunburst" color vinyl available.
New issues of Distort and Life Stinks available in the US Distort #55collects the lyrics of Total Control for their first time ever in print. Life Stinks I Like The Kinksfanzine is back! We will also have ANOTHER new Distort available later in June - Distort Low Life, which is a collection of lyrics from the Sydney band.
Finally, I wanted to say thanks to all who ordered last weekend - whether you were aware or not, we donated half of last weekend's sales to the Richmond Bail Fund and MAD Mutual Aid Disaster Relief Richmond. There are several upcoming releases to announce soon, half new stuff and half archival/reissue 80's punk. Until next time, take care. -Sam
