Following a cassette on More Power Tapes, Buffalo's SCIENCE MAN is back with this new eleven song self titled album. The overall sound here revolves around trebly, choppy punk riffs, a sci-fi fascination, and drum machine percussion. If you liked Science Man's previous group, Radiation Risks, there are definitely some common sonic threads. Science Man broadens things out a bit, relying a bit more on rocked out guitar leads and less of a rhythm pocket. This is a very singular rustbelt rock'n'roll effort, and if you've read this far you can probably tell if Sci Man is gonna be your cuppa tea! Self released edition of 300 on Swimming Faith Records.
