I've placed an order. How soon before it is shipped?
Orders are generally shipped next business day. I take great pride in having one of the most efficient mailorder operations in punk! A tracking number will be provided for all orders upon shipment.
My order has shipped but still hasn't shown up. Can you help locate it?
First, double check the email you've received with tracking number and address the package was sent to. If the order was sent to the correct address and still hasn't been marked as "delivered", then I can file a missing mail search to try and locate the package. Please note that this happens on a extremely rare basis and most customers receive their orders in a timely fashion.
My order arrived but there are missing or damaged items. How can we resolve this issue?

Are you going to be stocking the new ______ record?
First, I list upcoming distro arrivals at the bottom right corner of the home page, so check there first. I am happy to take requests, so if you don't see something that you're looking for, let me know and I'll see what I can do.
Would you like to carry the new _______ record from my band, label, or zine?
If I believe that I can sell enough copies to justify the shipping cost, then I will likely be able to take a few copies, sure! Just email firstname.lastname@example.org with info and wholesale price on your release. If you are international, it is helpful to have a rough outline of the shiping cost (i.e. $__ for __ number of copies).
My band has a release that we'd like to submit for your consideration. How can I submit our music?
All inquiries can be emailed to email@example.com or, if mailing a physical copy, to: PO Box 25045 Richmond, VA 23260. Please keep in mind that Feel It is a small, fiercely independent label, and has a very booked-up release schedule. Do not take it personally if I end up passing on your release. That being said, I am always interested in hearing from new punk/hardcore/rock'n'roll bands from all over the world and in almost all cases, will at least reply to all inquiries. But please, no mass copy/paste emails. Those will not be responded to.
My store is interested in carrying the new ____ record on Feel It. How can we pick up copies at a wholesale rate?
I'd love to set you up with a wholesale ordering account! You'll be able to browse the entire site and see wholesale prices for all Feel It releases and distributed releases that we offer at a wholesale rate. Feel It also distributes titles for the following Australian labels: Cool Death, No Patience, and Paradise Daily plus Distort Mag and Nuts!/Ben Trodgon related publications. We also distribute releases from fellow Richmond labels Beach Impediment and Dig!

Is local pickup available?
Yes, absolutely! If you place an order with a Richmond or Charlottesville, Virginia shipping address, the "free local pickup" option should show at checkout. If you do not see that option, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll work it out.
Can you hold a few items for me?
Sure. As long as you're able to pay within 30 days of starting a hold pile, I'll be happy to set aside anything you need. Just email email@example.com and we'll set up a hold pile for you.
Do you have a mailing list?
Yes. We send out one newsletter per month. Check the bottom right corner of the site for an easy signup bar and just type in your email address.
